In order to popularize mental health knowledge, create a healthy international campus atmosphere, and improve international students’ self-esteem, self-confidence and positive social mentality, “Home of International Love” of College of International Education is now holding the “Painted Heart” Scratch Art activity of the “Voice of the Heart” Series Activities.
【活動介紹Activity Introduction】
刮畫是一項富有創意和吸引力的活動，參與者使用特殊工具，在黑色塗層闆的表面(miàn)上刮去一層，露出下面(miàn)鮮豔的顔色，創造出令人驚歎的設計。這(zhè)種(zhǒng)藝術形式不僅讓個體表達他們的創造力，而且還(hái)作爲一種(zhǒng)治療性出口，提供放松和正念的感覺。通過(guò)去除黑暗揭示下面(miàn)隐藏的美麗的過(guò)程，參與者可以體驗到一種(zhǒng)象征性的自我發(fā)現和更新的旅程。
Scratch Art is a creative and engaging activity. Using special tools, participants scratch away the surface of a black-coated board to reveal vibrant colors underneath, creating stunning floral designs. This art form not only allows individuals to express their creativity but also serves as a therapeutic outlet, providing a sense of relaxation and mindfulness. Through the process of scratching away the darkness to reveal the hidden beauty beneath, participants can experience a metaphorical journey of self-discovery and renewal.
